My sister and I train with Mostafa twice a week at Golden Glory. It is first class. Mostafa is a world champion in all regards. He is motivating, positive and extremely skilled at his craft. Great results in a positive atmosphere. I highly recommend Golden Glory for an excellent workout experience.

Golden Glory martial arts academy is great! The staff are very friendly, supportive, and encourage the children studying martial arts. They make it fun but, also ensure they acquire skills to help them in their physical, mental and emotional health. My daughter loves it here!

I have been working out with mostafa over 10 years and he’s been an amazing trainer. Whether it came to losing weight or getting back to game shape for soccer he was there to help me. Very motivating and has created a great family culture at the gym. Highly recommended for all age groups!

I have been training here for the past few months and it has been great! I find the coaches helpful/encouraging and it is a positive environment to be in. I’m really happy training there. Mostafa is the real deal. I’ve trained martial arts for 27 years and he has the actual, real-world skill and knowledge. And, as importantly, golden glory is a welcoming, family-friendly, safe place to train. It’s a place for both elite fighters AND my 7 year old daughter. It’s special to find a place where I feel challenged and also feel like I can trust them to train my daughter. I highly recommend training there.
