What to Expect
At Golden Glory, expect a dynamic 60-minute class that will be fun and different each time. A typical kickboxing class starts with a 15-20 minute warm up that can include running, jumping, sit-ups, push-ups, calisthenics, cardiovascular training, shadow boxing and drills. Next, we perform an extensive full-body stretch to prepare our bodies for the rest of the workout. The remainder of the class focuses on striking techniques, self-defence skills, partner training and bag drills.
