What to Expect
At Golden Glory, expect a dynamic 60-minute class that will be fun and different each time. A typical kickboxing class starts with a 15-20 minute warm up that can include running, jumping, sit-ups, push-ups, calisthenics, cardiovascular training, shadow boxing and drills. Next, we perform an extensive full-body stretch to prepare our bodies for the rest of the workout. The remainder of the class focuses on striking techniques, pad work, punching bags, grappling and light and assisted sparring.
